How To

Filter Data

Gigasheet helps individuals and teams quickly analyze massive, varying data sets without lengthy setup and complicated configuration. Filters allow you to build complex, SQL like queries without any special syntax.

Filters can be stacked to cover multiple inclusions and exclusions. Choose AND and OR functions to create nested queries. When you filter your data set, only the matching rows will be displayed, and exportable. By default, filters are case sensitive.

The filter menu can be accessed via the Filter icon underneath the file name, or by clicking on a column name and choosing "Filter" from the menu.

Accessing filters by clicking on a column name will pre-populate that column into the filter list.
